      DUAL INVERTER

          The SLP74LVC2G04 is a dual inverting buffer designed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation. Inputs can be driven from either 3.3V or 5V devices. The device performs the function Y=A(—).

          The device is specially designed for protect performance during power down using Power-Down-Protect circuit. The Power-Down-Protect circuitry disables the output drivers, preventing the damaging outside current back through the device when it is powered down.


      Main feature

      • Supports from 1.65V to 5.5V operation

      • Inputs accept voltages to 5.5V

      • ±24mA output driver (VCC = 3V)

      • Direct interface with TTL levels

      • ESD protection:

      • HBM exceeds 2000V

      • CDM exceeds 1000V

      • Latch-up performance exceeds 250mA

      • Specified from -40°C to +85°C and from -40°C to +125°C
