    HEX SCHMITT-TRIGGER INVERTERS

    The SLP74HCT14 is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device.

    The SLP74HCT14 contains six independent inverters. Each circuit functions as an independent inverter. Because of the Schmitt-Trigger action, the inverters are capable of transforming slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitter-free output signals.

    • All inputs have Schmitt-trigger actions

    • TTL level input

    • ESD protection:

    • HBM: 2000V

    • CDM: 1000V

    • Latch-up performance: 100mA

    • Specified from -40°C to +85°C and from -40°C to +125°C
