    SINGLE 2-INPUT NAND GATE

         The SLP74LVC1G00 is designed for 1.65-V to 5.5V VCC operation and provides the single 2-input NAND function which performs the Boolean function 捕获.PNGor 捕获1.PNG. 

         This device is fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the output, preventing the damaging backflow current through the device when it is powered down.

    • Supports 1.65V to 5.5V Vcc operation

    • Input accept voltages up to 5.5V

    • ±24mA output drive at 3.3V

    • CMOS low power consumption

    • ESD protection:

    • HBM Exceeds 2000V
